Enjoy six blissful days and nights of catered comfort aboard the boutique hotel Barge Fandango, while cruising through the peaceful Lauragais region of the Languedoc between Toulouse and Carcassonne.

Your cruise begins with a Champagne welcome as you step aboard, then sink into the comfy cushions on deck and watch the countryside glide by, while our chef prepares your gourmet dinner.

Each day, between cruising from one beautiful mooring to another, you'll be taken on guided excursions in our air-conditioned minivan to wine-tastings, an outdoor market in Castelnaudary and several villages and towns of historic interest including Carcassonne. In order to savor regional cuisine at local bistrots, two lunches ashore will be included in your week.

Evenings are spent on aboard, enjoying our excellent selection of local wines, learning recipes from the chef and dining on deck overlooking rolling fields or a scenic village.

We will meet you Sunday afternoon at the nearest train station, or pick you up at your local hotel. You'll depart Fandango Thursday morning, with transport back to the train station, local hotel or car rental agency.
